Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
International Shipping
At this time, PurrPro™ ships within the United States only.
We may expand to international shipping in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
PurrPro™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, PurrPro™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@purrpro.com
with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
PurrPro™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Because of this, we may not be able to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders may have different processing times and shipping arrangements.
